DELIVERY
The hours of delivery are: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days.
All shipments are to be prepaid at the shipper’s (advertiser’s) expense.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Damage will be reported to the shipper upon discovery. All shipments are accepted without count verification. If the damage will interfere with the binding of a specific title, our Customer Service Department will seek specific instructions from the publisher. Product protruding beyond the pallet limits is the source of much damage. Damaged inserts will not feed through the machine hoppers.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Inserts should be shipped so that they arrive at least 5 working days prior to the publication bind date. For confirmed due dates use the materials deadline in the GolfStyles Media Kit or below.

We Need To Know:
1. The gross, net and tare weights of each skid.
2. The identity of the skid—this is really important—with the publication name and issue date in which the insert is to appear. Keep all different key numbers, versions in separate cartons/skids. And show “JoAnn Gold” next to publication name.
3. Do not mix inserts on the skid. Each skid should carry the intended publication and issue information. Keep each issue’s requirement separate. 4. The inserts should be packed in individual cartons with piece counts on every carton.
5. Banding individual lifts can cause product damage and feeding problems which result in machine delays.
6. If inserts are packed in lifts and turned, each lift should be no more than 6 inches for ease of handling during binding. Restrict load maximum skid dimensions to 4
